Triple A Digital B.V. helps companies with questions
about e-commerce, omnichannel, digitization, automation, digital
transformation, AI and related topics to grow, become and remain more competitive
and agile for the future.

Information We Collect about You

We collect the following information:

  • Your contact details, such as name, email address, and other contact information
  • Your current position and the name of the company you work for
  • Contact history; current, past, and future appointments we may have with you; and our email correspondence
  • Participation in events that we have (co-)organized

How We Use your Information

We use your personal information to build and maintain a business relationship:

  • To support you during projects
  • To invite you to relevant events
  • To send you relevant news items (such as a white paper on digital transformation)

Third Parties with whom We may Share your Information

We only share your personal information with others when necessary to perform our services. To protect your information, we enter into a (processor) agreement with these parties to ensure your data is handled securely.

Secure Collection and Storage of your Information

All information you provide to us or that we collect about you is stored on our secure servers. We understand this is confidential information and have implemented a range of appropriate physical, electronic, and organizational measures to protect and secure your information. Our staff has limited access to your data and is trained to ensure it is kept protected and secure.
We do not retain your information longer than necessary to deliver the service and to ensure we maintain appropriate auditable records for business purposes.

If you submit a request to exercise any of these rights, we will aim to respond as soon as possible and no later than within one month. We do not charge a fee for handling your request.

If you are dissatisfied with how we use your personal information or wish to lodge a complaint about how we have handled a request, you can contact privacy@tripleadigital.eu and we will try to resolve your complaint.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, AP).
